Daptiv Implementation Stats Validate Quick Time-to-Value of Company's SaaS Platform

Seattle, Wash. — July 28, 2008 — Daptiv, the on-demand leader in collaborative business software, today released impressive results from its rapid "Subscribe-to-Live" implementation program for its SaaS-based Daptiv PPM work management solution. Customers are effectively implementing and using Daptiv PPM in a substantial way within days and weeks of purchase and are generating out-of-the-gate ROI, compared to the months or years required for traditional on-premise software.

An analysis of more than two hundred new customer deployments in the fourth quarter of 2007 and the first two quarters of 2008, including customer implementations of more than one thousand users, found that the average deployment period is less than 30 days. The Subscribe-to-Live numbers are further validation for the ease, value and utility of Daptiv PPM and its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, with organizations of virtually any size being able to quickly realize the benefits of their new software and see an almost immediate return on investment. Instead of being bogged down with the tedious installation process of packaged and on-premise software, Subscribe-to-Live allows customers to maintain their focus on key business objectives and immediately leverage Daptiv PPM to deploy meaningful new processes and technologies into the workplace and execute against overall business goals.

"Daptiv's quick ramp-up time was a factor in choosing Daptiv PPM -- we simply didn't have the time or resources to commit to the long implementation processes of traditional packaged software," said Crystal Snoddy, the Director of the New Hotel Openings and Franchise Programs for InterContinental Hotels Group. "We chose Daptiv to help manage our project portfolio because we needed a solution that would improve collaboration, transparency and awareness of what our team does within the company as a whole. Daptiv was flexible and easy to configure. We were up and running in just over two weeks. Daptiv has proved to be both user-friendly and scalable, helping the team grow to manage a portfolio of more than 60 projects across a variety of departments."

"The value of Subscribe-to-Live for our customers is speed. We find that organizations of all sizes are turning to Daptiv PPM and SaaS for incredibly fast and simple implementation, in addition to the well-known benefits of free seasonal updates, lower costs and easy scalability," said Chris Broyles, VP of Professional Services at Daptiv. "Companies make the decision to invest in software because they want to affect either the top or bottom line. With traditional on-premise software, it can take six months to a year just to requisition hardware and get software installed, integrated and rolled out to users. Daptiv's Subscribe-to-Live program allows us to help companies start building a return on their software investment almost immediately."
